  Is the paint and wallpaper clean and devoid of blemishes?
  Are the walls free from holes and patches?
  Check for peeling wallpaper
  Are your walls showing any holes?
  Remove personalized objects from the walls.
  Have you visually increased surface area?

Floors Check
  Does the carpet smell fresh?
  Are there any smudges or stains on the carpet
  If you have hardwood, is it polished?

Windows, Panes and window coverings
  Are all the windows and window panes clean?
  Are draperies and blinds clean and devoid of stains?
 
Signs of  Pets
  Remove signs of  pets in the home
  Please be sure to clean and remove kitty litter, pet toys and bedding from the house.

Aroma in the house?
  Please air out the home prior to showings and stagings.
  Use an allergy free air freshener much prior to showing time.

Set the mood in the house prior to showings
  Open draperies and blinds.
  Turn on the radio to a classical music station, set the volume on low.
  It would be great idea to cook a batch of cookies. The aroma permeates the home and makes the home welcoming.
